I'm sure some of you have some good summertime stories to share. I, on the other hand, go back to work on Monday :( and my boys are in NY so it's pretty boring around here. The only excitement that I have had is finding a toad in my house every day this week. We haven't figured out where they're coming in yet, but I think that there is a family of them because they've been on the smaller size. The big ones stay out in our flowerbeds.

We had a special Old Visitor coming and we had to fill in the mud holes from all the rain so that just in case we had to call an ambulance.

The campfire had a bon fire and this lady was in a wheel chair and had an oxygen tank.

Sometimes you just can't stay inside any longer. We have had 23 straight days of rain. We did have the break yesterday, but it did rain as we were coming home from watching fireworks. At least we had one day to enjoy some sunshine :)

We left our antics at Freeman Park to hear him speak, but we were late. Rather, we were on time, but he had arrived and delivered his speech early. But, we were lucky enough to be tagging along and enjoy the perks of Boyd's political contribution!

4th of July Fun

We actually had some sunshine... we almost forgot what that was after 21 days of rain. We had a great day of tubing and playing in the lake. Jordan and Owen hanging on for dear life.
