Here's my plan for those of you in Idaho.
Don't let LeAnn make pies. They're too tempting to resist.

Hi Camille -

Thanks again for your encouragement. I thought I would share some of the changes I have made with my eating habits.

Brian and I both have completely changed the way we used to eat. If we have something we really want or some good "junk food" we have it, only in moderation instead of eating the whole dish all at once. We eat ALOT of chicken, rice and fresh vegetables. When I snack now, I eat yogurt and fruit instead of chocolate or potato chips.

One of the things that I feel has helped me more than anything is all the water I drink. I never thought I would actually crave water but I do. Very seldom do I have a soft drink, diet or regular.

I'm so thankful that I have been able to continue to lose weight and been able to stick with my new way of life. I can tell such a difference in the way I feel. I had lost 20 pounds before the contest started and now with the weight I've lost since then I have so much more energy than I have had in a very long time. Just more proof of how important it is to be at a healthier weight. This contest has been a great motivator for me.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and know that we will be thinking of you all.

Lots of Love -
Kathy
