For those of you who don't know Boyd, LeAnn and Michael are setting out for a trip to go SCUBA diving this week.

I hope you have a great trip, don't get too cold and you remember to keep you wetsuit tight to keep out the jelly fish.

Here's your SCUBA diving self help tip for the day.

Pee in your wet suit after you get in the water. This will do 2 things.

One, it will warm you up. You'll forget how gross you think it is after you're freezing and you feel that lovely 98 degree liquid warming your mid section.

Two, the amonia in your urine will help keep the jellyfish from stinging you and if you've already been stung it will alleviate the burning.
