Mom and Dad Price have been the Central Distribution Center of Price family information, news, funny stories, sad experiences, and cooking tips for...ever. And now we have committed to share our Central Distribution Center with the good people of Germany for 18 months.

So, we need to adapt. We need to find another way to share information, news, funny stories, sad experiences, and cooking tips with each other. A family blog - also known as a message board - could be the answer for us. Many of us are familiar with message boards, and many are not. So, I will briefly list some of the highlights.

A message board, or blog, is just like a message you would post on the door of your refridgerator for the whole family and any friends or neighbors to see and read. If Cathy posts a funny story about Jack's Halloween party at kindergarten we all get to read it. Another great thing about a blog is that those who read a message can reply. If Cindy posts a message that says, "I need to make a pecan pie - does anyone have a good recipe?" LeAnn and Kathy and Dale can reply to her message and we can read those, too! So, we could all see three great recipes for pecan pie. Another bonus is that the messages can be archived, so we can go back are read about those pecan pie recipes, or that funny story Brian told about that guy at work, or the spiritual experience Chris shared about her gospel doctrine class months later.

Of course, for this to be effective, we have to post things to read. So post some of your thoughts, ideas, questions, news, stories, or whatever on The Price Family Fridge TODAY! Bookmark this web page. Visit it often. Mark your calendar to check The Price Family Fridge once a week. Give it a try (that is how I have gained most of my internet knowledge - trial and error!) and if you're still unsure how to post, email me.

Love to you all!

Camille

I think it'll be a lot of trial and error for me using this at first but thanks fosr the idea of starting this. I may just be asking for a pie recipe soon. WE have pictures to post! You can have a week by week viewing of Kaitlyn since she's our first and she'll get the most pictures taken.
